I’ve already stopped being fanatical

I haven’t logged my food completely for a couple days. But for the most part, minus an indiscretion today, I’m still eating as though I were logging it. I’m eating more consciously.

Somewhere last week I weighed 198 and today I weighed 195. That makes me happy even if I’m always yo-yoing those three pounds or so. I hope I can keep this up, especially because I’m going on vacation next week.

On a completely different note I just need to get this off my chest. Bank of America is the worst ever! I would advise all to get out before you lose a lot of money. If you don’t want to just make sure you keep a very close eye (although I’m not sure that will help).

Basically they sold me a checking account that was no fees but then started retroactively charging me a $25 dollar maintenance fee. I thought it was weird to see charges suddenly appear in past months that I had never seen before. It coincided with the online banking website upgrade. They did this going back 7 months. I rushed into the bank to point out the mistake and the clerk told me she could only go back two months. I asked why they could go back 7 months to charge my account yet couldn’t go back to refund me. She said that she didn’t think they did and maybe it was an oversight on my part and thought I should be happy with my $50 dollars. I told her I would never have let one $25 dollar charge slip past me not to mention $175 dollars worth. I pulled all my money out immediately. I tried going over her head to get my money back but of course no one would help me. I’m pretty shocked.
