Ok I’m having a good time

I’m here in California. The train ride was fantastic! Everything went great with seeing everybody for the first time after gaining 20 pounds. Yes, I under estimated a few people and a lot of new people who didn’t know any better (about my weight) have been super nice. I worried for nothing.

I’m in a particularly good mood because I went out for a few drinks (or more) with a bunch of co-workers to a Moroccan place that had a belly dancer. It was awesome. So needless to say I’m feeling a little better than usual. I shouldn’t write too much more tonight because if I continue I’ll just want to gush about how much I love you all and want to make out with you.

I’ll write another time about the amazing train ride.

I don't know how I missed your last post (considering I practically stalk you!) but I love that you rode a train across the country. I also wish you were visiting northern California!!

Your post made me laugh out loud! Do you ever watch the TLC channel and have you ever seen the ad for their little figurines with various life lessons on them? One is titled "merlot and email don't mix" and it always cracks me up because whenever I've had a few, I always want to contact my old friends/enemies and tell them what I think! I'm so glad you're having fun, and that your worries were unfounded!

Hi! I'm so glad you're having a good time in California.

I've been lurking around your site for a while, and I thought I would come out of hiding because I'm about to write a post about seeing some of my friends (next weekend, arggh) that I haven't seen in a while. I wanted to link to you and thought I would let you know (currently, though, I am in a state of abject laziness and haven't actually written the durn thing yet).

I hope you're having a great time still! Take care.

(Oh, like Sherri I love those little TLC figurines, too! They're hysterical. Drinking and typing are a dangerous combo that you handled with more dignity than I've ever been able to muster!) ;-)
