The shake gets me in the right frame of mind and keeps me full until lunch. We’ll see if I can keep this gain as minimal as possible for the next few weeks. I’ll be weighing in on Monday, my normal day, and Friday because that’s when the system my insurance company provides has me set to weigh. I prefer to weigh-in more often when I’m a little out of control. It reminds me to keep my eating down. That reminder may or may not be effective but sometimes it is. If I go a while without weighing the numbers seem like too much of a surprise and I’ll spend my days eating in denial like it has no impact.
