Vacation so far (pictures!)

Ok so far I'm holding steady at 167. I didn't gain an ounce while we were in San Diego. I ate a lot but exercised tons. Now we're back at home and if the eating continues I better make sure that I keep movin'.

Here are some pictures. I'm very comfortable with myself although I will like it a lot more when I lose 37 more pounds.

A year ago I couldn't even bend down to tie my shoes. Notice I still don't where shoes that require tying. I'm thrilled I can do this.

I can not master a natural smile.
