163.6! (6.4 lbs loss)

Whe-hew, I had a rockin’ week and I’m ready to do it again. Although I might have picked a bad time to quit caffeine because I’m so tired right now. Subsequent weeks will probably have less of a result than this past one. My body is most likely operating in “beginning diet” mode where much of the loss is water weight. What-ev, I’ll take it!

Calorie counting has been awesome. It’s made me not want to eat out as much because I realize that restaurant foods are so packed with fat and calories that I can eat much more when I stay home.

You’ll notice that my average calorie intake is low and that’s because today I’ve only entered my breakfast so far, throwing the average off. I really averaged about 1100-1200 calories. Most likely I’ll bring that up and slow the weight loss to around two pounds a week. Not only will that be easier to maintain but I believe it will be better and safer health wise. I just wanted to motivate myself with a bigger result and get out of the damn ‘60s! Not much farther now.
