In search of a french fry

I’ve been in search of the ultimate french fry that is going to free me from this bender I’m on. I’ve been eating like poo for days now. I have a french fry craving I just can’t seem to satisfy despite having tried many different places. Three different places and pounds of potatoes later I still feel unfulfilled.

Last night I lured my family out for a stroll around the neighborhood under the guise of looking at Christmas lights. Truth be told we where headed to the grease joint down the street. I wanted to go directly there but then realized the multiple benefit of walking around a couple of blocks first. Not only was my daughter thrilled but I burned off a few calories to compensate for one fry.

You know you’re binging when all you order is a plate of cheese fries and diet coke and really wish you could add a hot fudge Sundae to that (and I don’t even like sundaes).

I did a mid week weigh-in and I’m at 166. There are three days left in this week and that’s more than enough time to do serious damage. It’s also enough time for reparation. I’m probably not looking at a loss but I should be able to stay the same.

I’m hoping my confession here will put an end to french fry spree.
