oh crap - 166

Yup that's what I weighed this morning. That is two pounds up since Friday. All that damage in just one weekend. 7000 calories above what I need to maintain and 14,000 above what I needed to lose two pounds. Just call me Rain Man.

I first hit 166 six weeks ago (oooh, that's three sixes in a row, how devilish). No progress in six weeks! Below is my chart to prove it.

I haven't lost gusto or anything, I've just been putting other stuff first. I have to put an end to that. Nothing goes as good as it should when I don't make my eating and workouts a priority. It sounds kind of selfish, but it's not. Ultimately everything will suffer if I’m not happy with my fitness level, eating, and weight.
