Results not typical

I fess, I was looking for current pictures of Kirstie Allie, but have you noticed that below all the success stories for almost any diet it says “Results not typical”? I’m talking all the big ones – J.C., W.W., N.S., etc.

What’s that about? What is typical? Why is it so hard to beat the odds? I kind of want to look into this and part of me doesn’t even want to know.

heh, yea I noticed that too. A forum I used to frequent had a member who's tag was "Aiming for results not typical" lol that always made me chuckle.

Its not hard to beat the odds. Really there aren't any odds. Its guaranteed, if you exercise and eat healthy, you will lose weight or gain muscle, i.e. a leaner body.

I would put all my money on someone who was forced to eat and live that way.

What's hard to beat is habit. Doing something for so long is difficult to change. Some can, and at least in this country many can't. Its the old saying with old dogs and tricks.

Your doing a wonderful job of changing those old habits, so rock on and don't worry!
