Nude in August
I had to take my picture this morning. I'm so behind in everything right now. I weighed in at 178. I'll post more about that later. This months picture is only 8 pounds less than last months. I can see a slight change in my stomach and back roll (I have less of one now).

I had no time for outlines this morning. I'll have to update later.
Now I'll compare the first picture and the latest again, I need the ego booster today.

Thank goodness for that, it keeps me going on mornings like this one (I'll post more about that later)!
