I'm getting back on track since my vacation so here are the charts.

Welcome back to the daily grind! I can't speak for the east coast/west coast thing but I can tell you that the scales are stuck in the same place here in the midwest. That straight line of mine is still a straight line...274. I am not losing weight but I am gaining muscle and droping a few inches here and there. Maybe things will move for me next week.

God help me, I've had company staying with us for about 2 weeks now (husbands aunt), so I've been busy entertaining, and she's been insisting I eat her home cooked Indian food. I haven't been able to exercise because she sleeps in the same room that the treadmill is in! It's funny how much you miss your routine when it's broken. I miss my privacy and most of all normal food. LOL. Auntie is leaving next weekend so back to normal Monday!!! Oh yeah, I've gained 2lbs back from this "visit". :(

Adriane, that's exactly what happened to me when my parents came to visit me. I gained 2 pounds then too.

I guess I forgot to report that as of July 9th, I had dropped a total of 25 pounds. I get weighed later this week so will update again.
