Collective Loss!

Here is the total weight loss for all of us! (However, if this were just mine, I wouldn't even be at my goal yet.)

Still it's a nice chunck a' change!! We're doing great.

I'm getting so many great ideas for this site (from you guys), I can hardly keep up.

  • I'm trying to get it re-designed
  • I want to add a chart for our collective weight loss
  • I want to add links to my favorite sites
  • And links to the blogs or sites of "Hopeful Losers" (actually quite successful losers ;-))
  • I also have to update our percentage charts

There is tons to do! And I love the ideas, so feel free to keep sending them my way. This site has basically been built on everybody elses ideas! Thanks!

WOW you guys are great. I can't wait to add a little to that total. I totally lost it on the vacation to FL. It is to hard to be good when Minnie Mouse is doing the cooking. I am back on the correct road to a better me now though. I entered a lifechange contest and I am trying very hard to make a BIG difference by not being BIG anymore. I went to a aquatic exercise class last night and it was fun. I like that you can do more jumping and it doesnt hurt your knees. Hope you are all having a great day. Remember you are POWERFUL and you can do ANYTHING you want.

Hey there everybody!

That is an impressive sight. 70.4 pounds!!! That is a lot of weight that we have succeeded in losing. Imagine all the sweat of exercise that was put into that....the collective hours would total a lot more than 70. We are definetly working hard.

I started back into working out this morning. I was such a slacker while my husband was gone, but I think it was a good break for me and my body to get ready for round two of the tough workouts and the healthy eating. I'm still going to have to be careful with working out, but I am going to have to be patient while I swim and use the bike and lift weights exclusively. I like the variety of all the different classes that they have at my gym, but for now I'll have to be easy on the body until I find out what is going on (they took the bone scan, but now I have to wait until the 23rd to meet with the doctor to go over the results.....what a time consuming proceedure this has been!)

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and tell you that my hubby is home, all is well, and we are trying to get back into the groove. I am hoping to loose some good weight this month before we go to San Diego for our week of beach camping....that is going to be good incentive to keep working hard.

I'm looking forward to seeing what Hopeful does with the changes on the website too....it's already awesome, but I'm sure that with all the fun stuff she is thinking of putting in it will be all the more fun to check in on the site and keep up with each other!
