Please have the subject line be "Progress Chart" and include your start date and how many pounds you've lost each week until now, oh, and your goal weight. If you haven't started yet and want to, just put the date you intend to start on. If you're stats are a little hazy you can just give me an average. I'm not sure I can recall what I lost each week. So, we hope to develop a fun place where we can see everyone's progress on one page rather than gather that info from scattered comments, etc. And don't worry or get intimidated, this is a NO pressure situation! I'm losing weight very slowly and I even had a set back where I gained weight while my parents visited, but I'm not getting discouraged. It's all about sticking together and sharing our experiences. We all really go through so many similar things, emotions, experiences, etc. So we're being supportive of all of that and any weightloss is icing on the cake (or low fat dip on the carrot).
